16. AUTHORIZATION TO ISSUE PAYMENTS TO INTER-AGENCY COMMUNICATIONS INTEROPERABILITY\n(ICI) SYSTEM AUTHORITY THROUGH THE CITY OF GLENDALE FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY\nMOTOROLA SOLUTIONS, INC. UNDER THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT (JPA)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nPage 6 of 7\n1. Authorize payments to Interagency Communications Interoperability Authority (ICI System) through the\nCity of Glendale for required radio maintenance and infrastructure repair services provided by Motorola\nSolutions, Inc. (MSI) for the duration of the six year agreement, and\n2. Authorize the total contract expenditures not to exceed $1,747,339 to account for the System Upgrade\nAgreement (SUA), Advance Series Package, and Master Site/DSR, and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
