17. ADOPT SUCCESSOR AGENCY RESOLUTION NO'S. 23-01 AND 23-02 APPROVING OF FISCAL YEAR 2023-\n24 RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE (23-24 ROPS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Successor Agency:\n1. Adopt Successor Agency Resolution No. 23-01 adopting the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Recognized Obligation\nPayment Schedule (23-24 ROPS); and\n2. Adopt Successor Agency Resolution No. 23-02 adopting the Successor Agency's administrative budget\nfor the 2023-24 Fiscal year; and\n3. Direct staff to submit all required resolutions and related documents to the State of California's\nDepartment of Finance per Assembly Bill 26, Senate Bill 107 and all related redevelopment dissolution\nstatutes and guidelines; and\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
