CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-28,\nAPPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COOPERATIVE\nPURCHASING AGREEMENT WITH GAMETIME - PLAYCORE\nWISCONSIN, INC. - FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF\nNEW PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AND SAFETY SURFACING AT\nSHIVELY PARK\nStaff seeks City Council approval to amend the Cooperative Purchasing\nAgreement with Gametime - Playcore Wisconsin, Inc. for the purchase and\ninstallation of new playground equipment at Shively Park.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-28, amending the Cooperative Purchasing\nAgreement with Gametime - Playcore Wisconsin, Inc. for the purchase\nand installation of new playground equipment Shively Park and\nincrease compensation by $44,196.06; and\n2. Approve the use of $44,196.06 of In-Lieu funds; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate a Memorandum of\nUnderstanding with the Valle Lindo School District for a Cost Share\nAgreement to receive reimbursement in the amount of $18,032.00\nfrom the Valle Lindo School District for the project.
