CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-25,\nAPPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH\nAKITOI LEARNING CENTER, LLC\nStaff is seeking City Council’s approval to enter into a three-year extension\nto the lease agreement between the City and Akitoi Learning Center, LLC,\nfor the premises at 1824 Central Avenue.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-25, approving amendment no. 1 entering into\na three-year extension to the lease agreement with Akitoi Learning\nCenter, LLC, for premises located at 1824 Central Avenue; and\n2. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the lease\namendment.
