Comments on Consent Calendar items will be\nheard prior to the City Council’s consideration of that calendar. Comments on specific agenda items will be heard when the item\nis called. Each speaker is allowed (3) minutes to speak. Members of the public may submit comments electronically by sending\nan email to cityclerk@canyonlakeca.gov.
