(7)\nAdopt a Resolution Establishing a Grading Inspection Fee and Updating the Master Schedule\nof Fees and Charges and Introduction and First Reading of Ordinance 256 - An Ordinance of\nthe City Council of the City of Canyon Lake, California, Amending Title 3, Chapter 3.36\n(Grading and Planning Fees) of the Canyon Lake Municipal Code\nRecommendation: (1) Open the public hearing and take public testimony; (2) adopt Resolution No.\n2025-33 establishing a grading inspection fee of $1,300 and updating the City’s Master Schedule of\nFees and charges; and (3) waive full reading and introduce by title only Ordinance 256 - An\nOrdinance of the City Council of the City of Canyon Lake, California, Amending Title 3, Chapter 3.36\n(Grading and Planning Fees) of the Canyon Lake Municipal Code.
