(10)\nConsideration of Award of Construction Contract for the Railroad Canyon Road HSIP Project\nCL-003\nRecommendation: (1) Approve the plans and specifications for the Railroad Canyon Road HSIP\nProject CL-003; (2) award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder submitting a\nresponsive bid LC Paving & Sealing, Inc. for the sum of $1,600,925.00; (3) allocate $158,880.00 for\nconstruction administration and inspection; (4) allocate $63,000.00 for testing and construction\nstaking; (5) authorize the City Manager to approve change orders up to 10% of the original bid\namount; (6) authorize the City Manager to execute the construction contract with LC Paving &\nSealing, Inc.
