6.\nFinding the Wheeler Avenue Park Project is exempt under California Environmental\nQuality Act, California Code of Regulations Section 15302, Replacement or\nReconstruction of Existing Structures and Facilities. The City of La Verne is eligible to apply\nfor a competitive grant through the State Land and Water Conservation Fund. Funding will be\nused to replace and upgrade the basketball court surfaces, field lighting, and play netting at\nWheeler Avenue Park.
