1.\nAUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $447,304 WITH MAXIMUM TURBINE\nSUPPORT, INC., TO FURNISH AND DELIVER SPRINT NOZZLES FOR\nTHE GAS TURBINE AT THE GLENARM POWER PLANT (Water & Power Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1)\nFind that the action proposed in the agenda report is not a “project” subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to\nState CEQA Guidelines Section 21065 and within the meaning of Section 15378(b);\nand\n(2)\nAward contract to the lowest and best bid dated July 2, 2025 submitted by Maximum Turbine Support, Inc., in response to the specification\nto furnish and deliver sprint nozzles for gas turbines, and authorize the City Manager\nto enter into a one-year contract for an amount not-to-exceed $447,304, which includes a base bid of $406,640 and a contingency of $40,664 to\nprovide for any necessary change orders.
