GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Crosstown Electrical & Data, Inc. for on-call Street Light\nMaintenance services to increase the not-to-exceed amount of the\nAgreement and extend the Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Crosstown Electrical & Data, Inc. to increase the amount\nof the Agreement by $650,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$1,670,000 and extend the Agreement to June 30, 2029; and 2) Authorize\nthe City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to the\nAgreement.
