EHEMANN]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Moving Image LLC for art consulting services for the Moving\nImage Media Art Program, to increase the not-to-exceed amount in the\nAgreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Moving Image Art LLC to increase the amount of the\nAgreement by $13,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $88,000; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to\nthe Agreement.
