COLLINS, J.\nGILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Kabbara Engineering for professional engineering design\nservices to modify the scope of services and increase the not-to-exceed\namount.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 10 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Kabbara Engineering to modify the scope of services and\nincrease the amount of the Agreement by $89,540, for a total not-toexceed amount of $2,975,892; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or\ndesignee to execute documents incident to the Agreement.
