COLLINS, E.\nHAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 1 to\nthe Agreement for Professional Services with LA-Architects Inc. to\nincrease the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement to provide\narchitectural design services for the following capital projects:\nMaintenance Facility and 8305 Santa Monica Boulevard.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement\nfor Professional Services with LA-Architects Inc. to provide architectural\ndesign services for various City capital projects for an increased amount of\n$100,000 and a new total not-to-exceed amount of $175,000; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to\nthe amendment to the Agreements.
