DEL TORO]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider directing staff to work with the\nCity Attorney to research the feasibility of establishing a Climate Action\nFund to provide financial incentives for residential and commercial\nproperty owners in West Hollywood to make energy efficiency upgrades to\ntheir buildings.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Direct staff to work with the City Attorney to\nresearch the feasibility of establishing a Climate Action Fund that provides\nfinancial incentives to residential and commercial property owners for\neligible energy efficiency upgrades; and 2) Return to the City Council with\nan analysis and recommendations for potential fund structure,\nadministration, and next steps.
