F.2.\nAGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH SECURITAS SECURITY\nSERVICES USA, INC. FOR UNARMED COMMUNITY SAFETY\nOFFICER SERVICES [D. RIVAS, A. SHANDI]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving an Agreement with\nSecuritas Security Services USA, Inc. for Citywide unarmed Community\nSafety Officer services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Services with\nSecuritas Security Services USA, Inc., for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$200,000.00 in FY 2025-26 and $400,000.00 in FY 2026-27, for a total of\n$600,000 until June 30, 2027, with the ability to extend the contract for up\nto one (1) additional year for up to three (3) consecutive years; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute\ndocuments incident to this Agreement.
