F.1.\nAGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH UNIVERSAL PROTECTION\nSERVICE LP DBA ALLIED UNIVERSAL SECURITY SERVICES FOR\nCITYWIDE AND TRANSIT UNARMED SECURITY AMBASSADOR\nSERVICES [D. RIVAS, A. SHANDI]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving an Agreement with\nUniversal Protection Service LP DBA Allied Universal Security Services\nfor Citywide and transit unarmed security ambassador services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Services with\nUniversal Protection Service, LP DBA Allied Universal Security Services,\nfor a total not-to-exceed amount of $4,275,000 in FY 2025-26 and\n$5,814,000 in FY 2026-27 for a total twenty-one (21) month term of\n$10,089,000, with the ability to extend the contract for up to one (1)\nadditional year for up to three (3) consecutive years; and 2) Authorize the\nCity Manager or designee to execute documents incident to this\nAgreement.
