COLLINS, J.\nGILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider accepting an easement and right\nof way for street and sidewalk purposes along the Greenacre Avenue\nfrontage of the 1212 Greenacre, LLC development project located at 1212\nGreenacre Avenue. This item is categorically exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA), acceptance of the Grant of Easement\nfor Public Sidewalk and Parkway Purposes pursuant to CEQA Guidelines\nSections 15301 and 15305.\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 25-________: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC\nSIDEWALK AND PARKWAY PURPOSES AT 1212 GREENACRE\nAVENUE IN THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD”; and 2) Direct the City\nClerk to submit a certified copy of Resolution No. 25-________, as well as\nthe Easement in Exhibit A of Attachment A for recordation by the Office of\nthe Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
