JACKSON]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 3 to\nthe Agreement for Services with Boundary Digital LLC for web\ndevelopment services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Boundary Digital LLC for web development services to\nincrease the not-to-exceed amount by $100,000 for a total not-to-exceed\ncontract amount of $240,000; 2) Extend the time of performance through\nJune 30, 2027; and 3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute\nthe Agreement.
