4)\nCONSIDERATION TO APPROVE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH EL CENTRO DE\nAMISTAD, INC. TO PROVIDE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT SERVICES, APPROVE COSPONSORSHIP OF EVENTS AND USE OF THE CITY SEAL, AND REQUEST TO WAIVE FACILITY\nPERMIT FEES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with El Centro de Amistad, Inc. (Contract No.\n2416) to provide mental health support services;\nb. Approve the use of the City seal on the print material and social media pursuant to City\nCouncil Ordinance No. 1724;\nc. Waive fees for use of City facilities for the co-sponsored event, with City Manager approval;\nand\nd. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute\nthe agreement.
