8)\nCONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE SAN\nFERNANDO PART-TIME EMPLOYEES BARGAINING UNIT\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the San Fernando Part-Time Employees\nBargaining Unit (Contract No. 2417) for a four year term (January 1, 2025 through\nDecember 31, 2029); and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive corrections and execute\nall related documents.
