17.\n$1,579,250 CONTRACT\nWITH WILLIAMS PIPELINE\nCOURTNEY-ASH AREA WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT\napprove construction and\nchange orders within the\nCONTRACTORS, INC.\nFOR\nProposed Motion:\n1. Approve Courtney-Ash Area Water Main Replacement Project\nspecifications.\n53049 plans and\n2. Approve $1,830,000 Water Fund budget transfer and appropriation from Capital\nImprovement Program (CIP) Project 53250 Water Main System Replacement to CIP\nProject 53049 Courtney-Ash Area Water Main Replacement within the Water Fund\n(Fund 44).\n3. Award $1,579,250 construction contract for Courtney-Ash Area Water Main\nReplacement Project to Williams Pipeline Contractors, Inc. and authorize City\nManager, or designee, to execute and administer the contract, in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney.\n4. Authorize\nPublic Works Director,\nor designee, to approve change\norders for\nconstruction and professional engineering construction support services within the\napproved project budget.
