11G. CONTRACT AMENDMENT - MAINTENANCE OF CITY STREETSCAPES\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No 25-122, which will:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to\nContract No. C22-33, by and between the City of San Clemente and Colts\nLandscaping, Inc., providing for maintenance of City streetscapes, in an\namount not to exceed $351,190, for a one-year term.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, upon satisfactory performance, to execute the\nfinal contract extension according to the terms of the original Agreement, as\namended, provided that it is included in the adopted Fiscal Year 2026-27\nbudget.
