11D. CONTRACT AMENDMENT\nPROPERTIES EAST OF I-5\n-\nLANDSCAPE\nAugust 19, 2025\nMAINTENANCE\nOF\nCITY\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No 25-119, which will:\n1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to\nContract No. C22-28, by and between the City of San Clemente and Colts\nLandscaping, Inc., providing for landscape maintenance of City properties\nEast of Interstate 5 (I-5), in an amount not to exceed $823,678, for a\none-year term.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, upon satisfactory performance, to exercise the\nlast and final contract extension according to the terms of the original\nAgreement, as amended, provided that it is within the City Council approved\nbudget amount for Fiscal Year 2026-27.
