18.\n25-329\nAugust 19, 2025\nApprove and authorize execution of the First Amendment to the\nAffordable Housing Agreement between the City of Huntington\nBeach and Nash-Holland 18750 Delaware Investors, LLC\nRecommended Action:\nA) Approve the First Amendment to Affordable Housing Agreement by and between the\nCity and Nash-Holland 18750 Delaware Investors, LLC; and,\nB) Authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute the First Amendment to\nAffordable Housing Agreement for the Project and any related documents; and,\nC) Authorize the Housing Authority Executive Director or their designee to execute all\nrelated affordable housing compliance documents.
