CONSIDERATION OF INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 2459, REPEALING\nORDINANCE NO. 2443; CONSIDERATION OF TEMPORARY STARTING TIME ADJUSTMENT FOR CITY\nPage 5 of 7\nCOUNCIL MEETINGS AND ESTABLISH STUDY SESSION TO REVIEW NEWLY PROPOSED RULES OF\nORDER\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Introduce the attached Ordinance repealing previously adopted Ordinance 2443;\n2. Temporarily adjust the starting time of City Council, Public Finance Authority and Successor Agency\nmeetings;\n3. Set a time to conduct a Study Session to review the proposed changes to the City\nCouncil/Authority/Agency Meeting Rules of Order offered by Mayor Torres; or\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
