22.\n25-444\nApprove and Accept the Public Improvements, Release the\nSecurities for, and Accept a Guarantee and Warranty Bond for the\nPublic Improvements in Tract 19136 and Release Guarantee and\nWarranty Bond for Gisler Park Improvements\nRecommended Action:\nA) Accept the public improvements constructed and dedicated for public use with Tract\n19136, and instruct the City Clerk to record the Notice of Acceptance of Public\nImprovements (Attachment 2) with the Orange County Recorder; and,\nB) Release the securities for the Public Improvements - Faithful Performance Bond No.\nUS00121915SU22A and Labor and Materials Bond No. US00121915SU22A and\nMonumentation Bond No. US00121913SU22A; and,\nC) Accept Guarantee and Warranty Bond No. US00121915SU22A-M (Attachment 3); the\nsecurity furnished for guarantee and warranty for public improvements, and instruct the City\nClerk to file the bond with the City Treasurer; and,\nD) Release Guarantee and Warranty Bond No. US00121914SU22A-M for Gisler Park\nImprovements; and,\nE) Instruct the City Clerk to notify the developer, Lennar Homes of California, LLC, of this\naction, and the City Treasurer to notify the Surety, XL Specialty Insurance Company, of this\naction.
