RI-10 AUTHORIZE PURCHASE OF FF&E AND DELIVERY AND ATTACHMENT OF MODULAR\nOFFICE UNITS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (CD) AND PUBLIC WORKS (PW) - Staff\nrecommends the City Council authorize staff to purchase the removal/relocation of the existing office\ntrailer and delivery/placement of a new modular office unit by Pacific Mobile Structures Inc. in an\namount not-to-exceed $61,882.76, and authorize the Mayor to sign the proposal; and authorize staff\nto purchase the FF&E for the CD/PW modular office unit from Interior Motions in an amount\nnot-to-exceed $100,542.45, and authorize the Mayor to sign the proposal.
