10. NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR LAKE FOREST SPORTS PARK\nSYNTHETIC TURF REPLACEMENT (25P02)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Find that FieldTurf USA, Inc. has\ncompleted construction of the Lake Forest Sports Park Synthetic Turf\nReplacement Project (25P02). 2. Approve the Notice of Completion\nand authorize the Mayor to execute the document on behalf of the\nCity. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to submit the Notice of Completion for\nrecordation to the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County\nwithin fifteen days of the City Council approval, as required by Section\n9204 of the California Civil Code.
