13. ACCEPTANCE OF TOLL BROTHERS IMPROVEMENTS AND RELEASE\nOF BONDS FOR TRACT 19126\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Accept as complete the tract improvements\nand monumentation constructed by Toll Brothers West Inc., a Delaware\ncorporation, for Tract 19126. 2. Authorize the City Clerk to release the\nSubdivision Faithful Performance and Subdivision Labor and Materials\nBonds, both in the amount of $229,598.09, and the Subdivision\nImprovement Monumentation Bond in the amount of $33,750. 3. Authorize\nthe City Clerk to release the Subdivision Improvement Warranty Bond in\nthe amount of $22,959.80 one year after acceptance of the public\nimprovements for Tract 19126 with the concurrence of the Acting Director\nof Public Works/City Engineer.
