9. SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH DE NOVO PLANNIG\nGROUP, LSA ASSOCIATES, INC., AND SAGECREST PLANNING AND\nENVIRONMENTAL FOR ON-CALL ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING\nSERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve the Second Amendment for\nProfessional On-Call Environmental Consultant Services with De Novo\nPlanning Group (“De Novo”) for On-Call Environmental Consultant\nServices. 2. Authorize the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest, the\nSecond Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with De Novo\nsubstantially in the form attached. 3. Approve the Second Amendment for\nProfessional On-Call Environmental Consultant Services with LSA\nAssociates, Inc. (“LSA”) for On-Call Environmental Consultant Services.4.\nAuthorize the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest, the Second\nAmendment to the Professional Services Agreement with LSA substantially\nin the form attached. 5.
