Approve the Assignment and Assumption of, and Amendment to Cooperative\nAgreement between the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation\nDistrict, the City of Moreno Valley, and Brodiaea 45, LLC, for the Quincy Street\nChannel, Stage 4, located on Brodiaea Avenue, east of Moreno Beach Boulevard;\nand\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Assignment and Assumption of, and\nAmendment to Cooperative Agreement; and\n3. Direct the City Clerk to forward the signed Assignment and Assumption of, and\nAmendment to Cooperative Agreement to the Riverside County Flood Control and\nWater Conservation District.
