I.19\nAWARD A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO INSTALL ELECTRIC VEHICLE\nCHARGERS AT THE CITY HALL FLEET CAGE (REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS)\n(DISTRICT 1)\nAuthorization To Award A Construction Contract To CornerstoneCC To Install\nElectronic Vehicle Chargers At The City Hall Fleet Cage, Project Number 805 0083\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Authorize the award of a Construction Contract to CornerstoneCC to install\nElectronic Vehicle chargers for the City Hall Fleet Cage Project 805 0083; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with CornerstoneCC in the\namount of $578,685, funded by the Moreno Valley Electric Utility Restricted Assets\nFund (6011); and\n3. Authorize the issuance of a purchase order to CornerstoneCC in the amount of\n$578,685, when the contract has been signed by all parties; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent change orders to the\ncontract with CornerstoneCC that are necessary to complete the project up the\nannual budget as previously approved by the City Council, subject to the approval of\nthe City Attorney; and\n5. Authorize a budget adjustment as set forth in the fiscal impact section.
