14)\nCONSIDERATION OF AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE SPECIALIZED FLEET VEHICLE BOOM TRUCK\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the purchase of one (1) VersaLift SST-40-EIH-02 boom truck from WC\nPerformance Ford, the lowest responsible bidder, in an amount not to exceed $185,813.\n2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute the purchase order and/or agreement\nrequired for the purchase of the boom truck.\n3. In the event the boom truck is no longer available from WC Performance Ford at the\ntime of purchase, authorize the Acting City Manager to purchase a comparable vehicle\nmeeting the City's specifications, provided the purchase price shall not exceed $200,000.\n4. Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-64 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF WEST COVINA, CA, ADOPTING A BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE FISCAL\nYEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2025 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2026 (BOOM TRUCK)
