15)\nCONSIDERATION OF AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE TRUCK CHASSIS FOR\nINSTALLATION OF PAINT TRUCK AIRLESS PUMP SYSTEM\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Reject the bid received for Request for Bids (RFB) No. 2025-14.\n2. Authorize the purchase of a new 2024 Ford Super Duty F-450 DRW XL 2WD Reg Cab\n169" WB 84" CA truck chassis to support the installation of the TPMT Hydraulic Driven\nAirless Pump Spray System for roadway striping and pavement marking operations from\nKen Grody Ford in an amount not to exceed $60,478.\n3. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute the purchase order and/or agreement\nrequired for the purchase.\n4. In the event the truck chassis is no longer available from Ken Grody Ford at the time of\npurchase, authorize the Acting City Manager to purchase a comparable vehicle meeting\nthe City's specifications provided the purchase price shall not exceed $90,000.\n5.
