8.3\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, COUNTY\nOF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA AMENDING AND UPDATING THE\nCITY’S CLASSIFICATION/COMPENSATION PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE\nCITY’S PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS\nComments:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt the proposed resolution amending the\nClassification/Compensation Plan (Salary Schedule, Exhibit A) to accurately reflect this\naction, in accordance with the City’s Personnel Rules and Regulations and the California\nCode of Regulations, Section 570.5.
