Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a construction contract with Roy\nAllan Slurry Seal, Inc., of Santa Fe Springs, California, for the FY 2025-26 Annual\nMaintenance Slurry Seal, Cape Seal, and Pavement Management Project in the amount\nof $1,007,775, plus a 10% contingency of $100,778 for a total not-to-exceed contract\namount of $1,108,553; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents required for the\ncompletion of the project which may include, but is not limited to, agreements,\nassessments, easements, reduction of retention accounts, contract amendments within\nthe authorization limits, and filing a notice of completion at the conclusion of all\nconstruction-related activities.
