Amendment No. 4 to the First Amended, Consolidated and Restated Exclusive\nFranchise Agreement between the City of Victorville (City) and Victorville Disposal,\nInc. for Solid Waste Refuse and Waste Diversion (Recycling) Services\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Adopt Resolution No. 25-062, amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 annual\nbudget;\n(2) Approve Amendment No. 4 to the First Amended, Consolidated and Restated\nExclusive Franchise Agreement between the City of Victorville and Victorville\nDisposal, Inc. for Solid Waste Refuse and Waste Diversion (Recycling) Services;\n(3) Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive changes and clarifications\nto the Amendment No. 4; and\n(4) Authorize the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 4.
