14. YEAR-END REVIEW AND AMENDMENT TO FY 2024/2025 MEASURE I CAPITAL\nIMPROVEMENT PLAN (CIP)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Approve the necessary adjustments to the Measure I Capital Improvement Projects, per\nAttachment A, and associated expenditure and revenue transfer accounts to/from the Measure I\nFund (209) and the Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Fund (400).\n2. Direct staff to forward the report to SBCTA.
