4.5 CONTRACT WITH ONYX PAVING COMPANY, INC. FOR GLENWOOD DRIVE\nSTREET REHABILITATION PROJECT BETWEEN SR 73 AND ALISO CREEK ROAD\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve Contract Documents, Specifications, and Plans for Glenwood Drive\nStreet Rehabilitation Project between SR 73 and Aliso Creek Road;\n2. Award a contract in the amount of $1,110,000 to Onyx Paving Company, Inc. as\nthe lowest responsible bidder for the Glenwood Drive Street Rehabilitation Project\nbetween SR 73 and Aliso Creek Road;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Onyx Paving Company,\nInc.;\n4. Authorize City staff to make total compensation to Onyx Paving Company, Inc. up\nto $1,110,000 plus $111,000 (10% of the contract amount) to allow for\ncontingencies, totaling $1,221,000; and
