6.7\na.\nAuthorize an Exception to Competitive Bidding pursuant to Corona Municipal Code Section\n3.08.140(E), allowing direct contracting with the County of Riverside and associated vendors\nfor the PSEC migration, as it is in the City’s best interest for operational continuity and public\nsafety.\nb.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or their designee, to execute an agreement with the Riverside\nCounty Sheriff’s Department for PSEC system integration, not to exceed $1,283,386.77 over\na one-year period.\nc.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or their designee, to issue Purchase Orders as detailed in the\nstaff report herein.\nd.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or their designee, to execute non-substantive extensions,\nchange orders, purchase orders, and amendments with the Riverside County Sheriff’s\nDepartment within a 20% contingency of the original contract amount.\nMAINTENANCE AND GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR CONTRACTUAL LANDSCAPE\nMAINTENANCESERVICES TO INTEGRITY ARBORIST AND ECOSCAPE, INC.\nThat the City Council:\na.\nAward NIB 25-067SB for landscape maintenance services to Integrity Arborist and Ecoscape,\nInc. in the amount of $512,764.76. through June 30, 2026, with two optional two-year renewal\nperiods, and waive all minor irregularities in the proposal.\nb.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designees, to execute the Maintenance and General\nServices Agreement with Integrity Arborist and Ecoscape, Inc. in the amount of $512,764.76,\nincluding any non-substantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments\nup to the amount authorized in Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.060(J), which is\nequivalent to 10% or $51,276.47.\nc.\nRatify the Community Services Department’s issuance of a Notice of Termination to\nGreenfield Maintenance for landscape maintenance services in Area 3 (Parks General and\nLMD/CFD), effective August 31, 2025. Ratification will authorize staff to proceed with\ntransition planning to ensure uninterrupted landscape maintenance services.
