City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve a 25-901\nProfessional Services Agreement with Aquatic Informatics,\nin an amount not to exceed $124,320, for implementation\nof the Hach Water Information Management System\nplatform at the Weese Filtration Plant, the Mission Basin\nGroundwater Purification Facility, and the Advanced Water\nPurification Facility as a Sole Source purchase; approve a\nbudget change; and authorize the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute the agreement.\nAugust 20, 2025
