City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council consider an 25-930\nAddendum to an Environmental Impact Report (EIR)\npursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines Section 15164; award a Public Works\nAgreement (PWA) to Charles Doherty Concrete Inc. to\nconstruct the proposed El Corazon Phase IIA Trails Project,\nfor a total contract price of $669,900; approve contingency\nfunding in the amount of $100,000 for a total not to exceed\namount of $769,900; appropriate $112,540 from the\nGeneral Capital Projects Reserve Fund; appropriate\n$220,000 from the Parks Fees Reserve Fund to the El\nCorazon Trails Phase II account; and authorize the City\nManager, or designee, to execute the agreement upon\nreceipt of all supporting documents.
