6.\nCity Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve 25-933\nAmendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with Dudek, in the amount of $150,000 for a total not\nto exceed amount of $300,000, for as-needed\nEnvironmental and Biological Services for the Engineering\nCapital Improvement Program (CIP); and authorize the City\nManager to execute the amendment.
