9.\nAugust 20, 2025\nCity Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve 25-928\nAmendment 3 to the Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with Invoice Cloud Corporation, in an estimated\namount of $425,521 in fees, to extend the agreement\nthrough October 22, 2027 for a total not to exceed amount\nof $1,384,521 for on-line and Interactive Voice Response\n(IVR) payment processing services; and authorize the City\nManager to execute the amendment.
