2.\nAdopt a Resolution approving the California State-Subdivision Agreement Regarding\nDistribution and Use of Settlement Funds with Purdue and Certain of its Affiliates\nand the Sackler Family\nPrepared by: Matt Burton, Director of Finance and Administrative Services\nRecommendation: Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City to enter into the Settlement\nAgreement with Purdue and certain of its affiliates and the Sackler family to resolve lawsuits\naccusing pharmacy chains of mishandling opioid pain drugs, agree to the terms of the\nrelated State-Subdivision Agreement, and authorize entry into the related State-Subdivision\nAgreement with the Attorney General.
