2.\nADOPT A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING ONE NEW CLASSIFICATION AND UPDATING THE SALARIES OF TEN EXISTING\nCLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED BY PMA, IBEW, AND IUOE (Human Resources Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1)\nFind that the proposed action in the agenda report is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to\nCEQA guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) “Common Sense” exemption; and\n(2)\nAdopt a Resolution establishing one new classification and updating the salaries of ten existing classifications represented by PMA,\nIBEW, and IUOE.\nRESOLUTION
