4.\nApprove the Regional Homeless Housing Assistance and Prevention Program Round 6 grant\napplication, in substantial form, and related documents, for submission to the State of California\nHousing and Community Development Department; authorize the Housing and Community\nDevelopment Director, or designee, to modify the application and related documents as needed,\nprovided that any such modifications do not materially change the purpose or scope of the\nsubmission; and if awarded, increase the Housing and Community Development Department’s\nrevenue and expenditures budget commensurate with the grant award; and authorize the\nHousing and Community Development Director, or designee, to accept the grant, execute\nrequired grant documents, and take all other actions necessary to implement grant activities.
