16.\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM amending Resolution No. 2022-137 for the purpose of modifying rates of\ncompensation for Dispatcher classifications represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees\nAssociation, Clerical Employees, and approving a Letter of Understanding providing a seven\npercent (7%) base pay increase to employees in full-time Dispatcher classifications as a market\nadjustment to support recruitment and retention.\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM amending Resolution No. 2022-138 for the purpose of modifying rates of\ncompensation for Dispatcher classifications represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees\nAssociation, Part-Time Unit, and approving a Letter of Understanding concerning a seven percent\n(7%) base pay increase to employees in part-time Dispatcher classifications as a market\nadjustment to support recruitment and retention.\nAmend the Police Department’s Fiscal Year 2025/26 General Fund budget by $354,267 and the\nFire Department’s Fiscal Year 2025/26 General Fund budget by $88,309, or approximately 40%\nof the estimated impact for Anaheim’s share of the Metro Cities Joint Powers Authority.\nexpenditures.
