9.\nApprove Master Agreement with OneSource Supply Solutions, LLC, in the average annual cost of\n$1,429,531 plus any applicable sales tax, for the cumulative amount not to exceed $7,147,655,\nfor the purchase of electrical cable and wire, for term of three years with up to two one-year\noptional renewals; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute the Master\nAgreement and all necessary documents related to the Master Agreement and to exercise the\nrenewal options as appropriate.
