9E.\nAUTHORITY TO ADVERTISE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STANTON CENTRAL PARK\nTENNIS COURTS RENOVATION PROJECT (TASK CODE NO. 2025-202)\nThe plans, specifications, and necessary documents for the Stanton Central Park Tennis\nCourts Renovation Project are complete. The City Engineer is recommending City\nCouncil approve the specifications and plans for bidding, subject to revision by the City\nEngineer and the City Attorney, to ensure the construction contract is awarded in an\nefficient and timely manner. The Project plans and specifications are available in the City\nEngineer’s Office for review.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council find that this project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct (“CEQA”), Class 1, Section 15301(a) as operation, repair, and minor interior or\nexterior alterations of existing public facilities; and\n2. Approve the bid specifications and plans, subject to revisions required by the City\nEngineer and the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize and advertise for bids the Stanton Central Park Tennis Courts Renovation\nProject.\nStanton City Council Agenda
